Cara,
No I cannot boot into either instance of Ventura.

Some background. A month ago the screen on my 2020 MBP broke while I was
booting from Sonoma to Ventura. After repairs the Sonoma volume was fine. But I
had to delete Ventura and install a new copy. I set it
Up just fine.

This id where things went sour. I could could restart in Sonoma but not
Ventura no matter what I did.

Subsequently I created yet another Ventura, did the setting up, it went
well. Until I booted to Sonoma then tried two boot into either copy of Ventura.

When I reboot while holding the option key, both Venturas will say “this
version needs to be installed"
  From E.T.'s Keyboard...
