There are lot of options for a microphones that will work with your Mac mini. One option is the Apple EarPods I recommended. Many people still have a pair from an old iPhone. There are other options to consider. One option I would recommend, is the Logitech H390 USB Headset. Another option is the Logitech H800 Wireless Bluetooth Headset, that works by either Bluetooth or with the included USB dongle. I have both, and would recommend either as a great option to use with your Mac mini.
