Hi Pete,

There is lots of talk about iOS 18 including some degree of AI that will exist 
on the device. It will be interesting to see if there are any benefits to blind 
users above and beyond the benefits everyone else will get. However, we don’t 
know which phones will support the new features. If the language models take up 
a lot of storage, then the features may not work on some devices. No doubt more 
details will be released during Apple’s announcements in early June.

For that reason, I wouldn’t make a decision about a new phone this week.
