I assume when you say Rogue Amoeba, you mean you are trying to upgrade Loopback. There is a big problem with the latest update to Loopback, and you should avoid this update for now. Since it sounds like you have already installed the update, and are stuck trying to grant permission to the new audio capture add-in, I suggest you stop, and close the application. Then, delete the Loopback.app file in your Applications folder, and use the below Dropbox link to access the previous version of Loopback.
