Close. I thought I would check Voiceover settings instead. Audio
ducking was on so turned it off. With that on, volume was180%. With it
off, volume was 40%. Everything is back to normal. :)

I do, actually have 3. But that has no effect. I went into the
video-audio settings and turned on reduce loud sounds. Solved the problem but
its not as it was prior to the upgrade.

One change I noticed right off is that the audio level is way too high
