Hello Janina,

Good. That’s done, and I was able to delete the reference to X64 in my VMWare 
settings.

Now for the real question: Do I simply purchase a windows license on Microsoft 
or Amazon, and apply it to the W11 ARM that I am running? I think the price for 
the license is US$199, so I don’t want to take this step without advice.

Be sure to check for any hidden files in that folder, though. Off the
top of my head I'm not recalling whether there's a hidden file to worry
about, but it's a common enough software strategy to guard against
things like accidental deletions.
