To remove a Rule from the Mac’s Mail app, do the following: 1. Open Mail Settings, and select Rules from the toolbar. 2. Select the Rule you wish to remove from the table of rules, then stop interacting with the table, and navigate to the Remove button, and press VO + Spacebar. 3. A dialog will display asking you to confirm that you want to remove the selected rule. 4. Select Remove from this dialog, and the rule should be removed. 5. Close the Settings window using CMD + W, and you are done.
