I have an app for learning german with the klaus voice. What is interesting is to include these voices as general ipad voices. Some hurdles to this include license to distribute them, which probably costs an arm a leg and fingers of the opposite limbs, and if these voices can be plugged into the settings or private API. I don't see much use to them apart from having them as alternative voices, as the licenses themselves, as mentioned, are just out of price.
