It should be on already because it's the default. Otherwise, open Music's 
Settings window and choose the General button if that tab is not yet selected. 
In that dialog you have your CD handling parameters, make sure it's to taste. 
You may also wish to press the Import Settings button on the Files tab to 
control the options for ripping and file encoding of the tracks.

Be aware there's no indication if there is no track information, but you can 
tell once you insert the disc if the tracks have been named or not, or if the 
album title is correct. It uses a crude heuristic, and the CDDB database owned 
by GraceNote, neither of which is going to produce accurate results a lot of 
the time, and which is often completely dependent on strangers to provide that 
information because it is being entered manually rather than being obtained 
from the disc "CD Text" directly. So don't expect it to work right, or at all.
