If you stay within the Apple ecosystem, than using the Passwords app is the 
obvious choice and the experience of using it will be superior to that of a 
third-party javascript-based extension like 1Password or BitWarden. In my 
opinion, you should only consider a third-party option if you think 
cross-platform support is more important. Even then, you might consider 
something like Strongbox, which uses the Safari autofill API, making it behave 
rather like Apple’s Passwords, however the story on Windows isn’t quite as 
slick in that case and it might be better to use 1Password or BitWarden which 
have a better track record across all platforms, though of course not as nice 
as Apple's.
