Your orders are under "your amazon.com". Find that tab and all your
account-related options are all grouped there, including orders, buy again,
your Prime subscription, etc.

For adding to cart, find the item in question, open the product page, then add
it from there. It's a minefield, because Amazon are trying very hard to get you
to use Fresh, to bundle items, etc. and in general I prefer to express checkout
when I can because buying that way makes it easier to make sure you get what
you want; press the Buy Now button and you're sent straight to the checkout
page, an infinitely more accessible experience that's pretty hard to mess up.

But, yeah, it's not nice, really. We are simply the worse off for recent
changes they've been making and it's getting rather austere to use.
