I presume that was supposed to be "period space." While I'm violating my
own rule about posting the possibility of an answer (for which I
apologize profusely), this seems like normal behavior, letting you know
that a space has been automatically added at the end of what iOS thinks
is a sentence. I largely dictate text messages, so have not yet observed
this, and there may even be a way to stop it from doing this if you
really want to.
