Hello Chad, First of all, there are no left and right clicks on the Mac. There are, however, Control-clicks, Option-clicks, Command-clicks and Shift-clicks.
I'm not familiar with XM Radio, but it might help if you route your mouse to the VO cursor with VO-Command-F5, then do a contextual menu (Control-click or VO-Shift-M), and see what the choices are.
