I hope someone can offer some advice.
My ipad won't speak though voiceover is enabled and other sounds are coming out
of the device. I use a braille display so I kow voiceover is working but no
speech.
I tried checking the speech volume in the rotor and it is reporting 100%.
Any ideas?
