Well, after about the seventh time rebooting it finally came up talking and I 
was able to enter my passcode and now everything seems hunky-dory. I don’t know 
what the heck happened all I know is this happened after upgrading to 18.7 the 
latest iOS version this is never happened to me before and I wonder if it’s 
related. Now I’m afraid to reboot the phone again. I don’t know what will 
happen And, this problem just happened out of the blue. I used my phone set it 
down came back an hour or so later and it was dead in the water. So now it’s 
just a matter of waiting for this thing to go for fluid all over again. Very 
strange.
