Personally, I've always thought it odd that any app that grants auto-answer functionality does not also grant the ability to allow this for only particular users. If I may make one perhaps nostalgic detour, that is precisely what first motivated me, many years ago, to write what became Clisk, the Command Line Interface for Skype, now of course long obsolete.
