I use firefox on my Mac with Sequoia and I don’t have any trouble doing the things you’re describing here. sometimes I have to use just a down arrow instead of vo-right arrow. if I have any trouble with tab and shift-tab I use vo-command j for buttons or form controlls and vo-command l for links
