Hello, I am not that proficient in Excel for the Mac, because I sort of gave up on it. I tried using it for work, but the inconsistencies drove me crazy. I can tell you that it does read row and column headers. I also think you can still press f2 to read formulas. As far as navigating within it, sometimes interacting with the parts help and sometimes not. So, for the most part, it is accessible, but like I said, there are quite a few inconsistencies. I would also check on Microsoft’s site, because they do have keyboard commands for the Mac listed. Not VoiceOver ones, but at least the general ones.
