I assume you are talking about guests for your office. Are there appointments associated with the visits? There are lots of calendaring apps and some let folks create their own appointments. Otherwise, a google sheet or numbers spreadsheet might be the easiest approach. I guess other questions are if you need to do billing based off the visits or if there are security requirements.
