Hi Lori, I've got some additional questions. And hopefully you can answer them. This is a group with multiple channels if so, you have to select the little mini thing, and then select the channel that you wanna type in. If not, use it like you would what's up. Find the text field and then double tap to edit and then of course look above the P and you shall find the send button. There is also a voice message button within that app as well.
