Hello, one of the strategies I use PDF documents is to open preview like the previous poster suggested and I took that text and copy it into Microsoft Word. I find this easier to read when I get around to reading the file that it produces. Another method that I used to deal with PDFs is to ask Microsoft Word to convert it directly. Depending on the size of the PDF file Word can convert it this works most of the time. I hope these suggestions help.
