You do not switch accounts in the Mac’s Mail app like you do in some other Mail clients, such as Outlook. Instead, in the Mailbox folder list, you will find a mailbox called All Mail. This folder will display just what it says, all mail from all of your configured mail accounts in a combined mailbox view. If you would like to view mail from a single account, you can expand the All Mail folder, to reveal individual inboxes for each account by either using the right arrow to expand, and left arrow to collapse, or use VO + Spacebar to expand/collapse the list of individual inboxes. The same is true for the All Sent, All Drafts, and All Trash mailboxes.
