You do not switch accounts in the Mac’s Mail app like you do in some other Mail clients, such as Outlook.

Instead, in the Mailbox folder list, you will find a mailbox called All Mail.

This folder will display just what it says, all mail from all of your configured mail accounts in a combined mailbox view.

If you would like to view mail from a single account, you can expand the All Mail folder, to reveal individual inboxes for each account by either using the right arrow to expand, and left arrow to collapse, or use VO + Spacebar to expand/collapse the list of individual inboxes.

The same is true for the All Sent, All Drafts, and All Trash mailboxes.

I've figured out how the messages open in windows and things.

I've also seen I have to hit command 1 a few times to get back to the inbox.

But swittching accounts I still don't get.

Hello, I saved some email folders to favourite for easy navigation.

So pressing command+1 for inbox, command+2 for send etc, but, when I come to bin or junk folder, voiceover just say “google”, is there a setting for voiceover to announce the folder’s name correctly?
