Hi Bradford, Believe it or not, I’ve often tried VO N, followed by VO CMD SPACE several times in a row. When this fails, and it doesn’t always fail, successive attempts of VO N followed by VO CMD SPACE always seems to give the four options I describe. When that endless failure presents, I need an alternative.
Let me make sure I’m at least doing this right. When VO N is used, followed by arrowing to the item you wish to close, is the next keystroke, ENTER, which ai probably always use, or something else like VO SPACE, then followed by VO CMD SPaCE to bring up the available options? Can someone please confirm the correct keystroke sequence from the beginning? While I’m at it, my wife, who is sighted, has occasionally run across a situation where her computer will be connected to both AC power and our TV screen via HDMI. At times, she will find that closing her computer screen causes reminders to display in the top right hand corner of our TV screen. These reminders disappear if she opens the laptop. But there are times when she doesn’t want her laptop open, preferring to watch the TV. Other than disabling notifications altogether, is there a command, VO based or not, that would close that reminder?
