Hi all, I have been having trouble adding another email address. I am trying to add my school email to my Mac and my phone instead of using the porter through the internet because it is not user friendly. The problem is when I go into the field to add new account I need to either use outlook or edge to create the new account and I do everything correctly but it keeps saying it can not fine my user name or password in the settings through mirsoft. I put in my password and user name in correctly . I do not no what to do and I have contacted the accessible service through apple and they said I need a user name and when I called the IT department on school they do not no how to help me. Any help would be appreciated . Becky Sabo
