Hello,
I am helping a friend fix an iPhone Email problem using outlook.com as their 
Email server. She has an outlook.com Email address.
until a few days ago my friend could send and receive Emails via outlook.com. 
Her Email was recently used by someone to send scam Emails. She was advised to 
change her outlook.com password which she did. Now she can send outbound Emails 
OK but cannot receive new Emails. Her inbox contains all her Emails received 
before the password change and no Emails sent to her after the password change.
Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it.
