Hi Janet, I don’t have a solution, but I can tell you that I experienced this same thing in a recent update. I have no idea how or why, but my watch is back to normal. It sounds like you’ve done this, but make sure you’ve installed the most recent update. I know this isn’t much consolation, but perhaps your watch will return to normal on its own, as mine did.
