Hi I have a lexmark all in one and I believe it has all kinds of buttons on the
printer to use the copy or scan functions. However, I can open the utility
application on my mac and do not need to use all of the buttons on the actual
printer. I just added the utility to my doc and I open it when I want to scan
or copy something and voiceover gets me around.

Hope that helps,
Christina
