Hi Kimberly,

There is no other app needed.  You can do this in iTunes.  Add your audiobook 
to iTunes.  When Find it in the iTunes app and press command I on it to open 
the get info dialog box.  Now press the option tab.  Here you will find a pop 
up button where you can label the file as an audiobook.  If you need more help 
just ask.
