check out blind cool tech, there is a batch function review.
The last time I tried it it worked except all my files sounded awful, even
though it should have been 64 kb 4400, mono files.
It was an audio book, not sure what went wrong.
I haven't used it since then, so I couldn't walk you through, but check out
bct.
