Hi. In dvd player, when a disc is playing, you can use the go menu to get to different parts of the dvd. There are options under there for title and chapter. It takes a little trial and error to see which titles are what you want. Under the controls menu, you can do things like pause, rewind, fast forward, etc. There are shortcut keys for most of these.
