Hi, Yes. The only buttons that don't work are answer and hang up. Everything else works fine. But you're limited to the volume buttons. Nothing is wrong with the quality either. However, if you are buying the newer generation of the Skype Freetalk Headset, you might want to watch out for an issue with your volume level for the microphone. Also, the latest generation of that particular headset seems to have pairing issues in some instances.
I don't believe there is an updated driver for Snow Leopard. At least, I never found it for this particular model.
