Hi, After reading a couple of messages about checking out the Mac Demo on Blind Cool Tech, I took a look at it. I was pleased to see that I could use VO and the arrow keys to see how much time had elapsed, how much time remained and I could pause and unpause the pod cast. I couldn't find out how to rewind the pod cast if I missed something he said or fast forward to catch up where I left off. Help would be appreciated. TIA, Linda
