Hi Kawal. I hope all is well.

I can help with your time question. 1st. Open up the Voiceover utility with
control option F8. Then navigate down to commanders in the table. Once there,
control option ( which will be referred to as VO) right arrow to the keyboard
tab. Select it with VO spacebar. VO right arrow once more and you will reach
a check box labeled "enable keyboard commander", check this with VO spacebar.
VO right arrow again and you will come to to radio buttons. They ask if you
would like to use your left or right option key to perform keyboard commander
commands. Select the one you prefer. Now, one more thing. VO left arrow back
to the table with the categories where you landed on commanders. Arrow up to
General. Then VO right arrow until you reach a checked labeled "allow
voiceover to be controlled by applescripts" and check it. Now to check the
time you press the option key you designated for use with the keyboard
commander and the letter T.
