10.6.3 was supposed to do something with VoiceOver, though no one could tell exactly what that something was. It would be real cool if Apple could include detailed change logs or something when a new OS version comes out. Maybe they do, but I haven't seen them. Anyone have one that lists VO changes in 10.6.3, for example?
