You might want to see what google can provide  you for address syncing if you 
trust them, and you want all contacts synced.

I don't know what they provide on the PC side, but....

1. There is an option within the Apple Address Book preferences to sync with 
Yahoo or Google.
2. If you configure your Windows smart phone to use outlook style mailboxes 
with google mail then you can have the Google contacts synced to your smart 
phone.  Note: I h had to have sighted help with the last step of configuring my 
6.1 Windows phone with Google, there are a bunch of checkboxes to select if you 
want mail contacts, notes, and / or calendar to sync .  The notes check box has 
to be off, and I could not determine with MSP 4 if it was checked or not.
