Hey Linda, THe only way I've been able to rewind and fastforward is to download the podcast first and then rewind or fastforward in Itunes. I learned this tip from MacVisionaries. I forget who helped me with this one. I think it was Ester or Dan. But to download an mp3 you hit return and shift, it will start to download the file. I hope that helps.
