The voices that come with the Mac only handle English. Everyone using another 
language has to buy the Infovox iVox voices since they are the only ones that 
work properly with VoiceOver.

You might also find it useful to add the choice of having your keyboard set to 
Spanish to make it easier for you to enter the accented letters and to use the 
reversed punctuation at the beginning of sentences.

If you use a Braille display, you might also want to download the multi-lingual 
Braille package from:
http://www.cecimac.org/english.htm
