Hi Carolyn,
There are two quick ways I know of to get to the top of the source list in
iTunes. First, if you have a keyboard with a home key on it, interacting with
the source table, then hitting VO-Home will do it. Alternatively, on a Mac
bluetooth keyboard, you would interact with the table, then hit VO-function
key-left arrow. The second way is to interact with the table, then type the
letters mus. This will take you to the music library playlist that is one away
from the top, then if you hit the left arrow or up arrow, you will get to the
library which is at the top.
Next, a context menu can be brought up by pressing shift-VO-m on the item for
which you want the context menu.

Last, I'm not entirely sure about the iPhone, but for my iPod touch, I find the
item in the source table in iTunes that says "Chris Snyder's iPod," then I stop
interacting with that table and arrow over to the next table. Interact with
that, and the summary tab should be the last one there. You can press VO-space
to read the info there, or it might even be there by default, I can't remember
off the top of my head.

I hope that helps, and I'm really glad you're enjoying the mac world! I am too.

Friendly,
Chris
