I looked at my rule and I have any recipient, reply to, and message content as 
the fields to contain [email protected].  I remember that I had 
all three of those conditions set up because sometimes some of my macvisionary 
e-mails would not go into my macvisionaries folder.  

Did you also make sure that one rule was not set before the macvisionaries rule 
that would trump your macvisionaries rule.  I had this problem once and I just 
had to re-order the list an dthen my rules were applied as I prefer.
