I wrote this before but it appeared at the end of my message so I am
reposting:

I have not encountered this issue.  I find it intriguing that so many of you
have.  

When installed on a Fusion Virtual machine, Windows uses standard audio
drivers to emulate the Mac drivers.  This is why those of us who have
attempted to run windows 7, with Jaws, in BootCamp have a problem, on the
macBook Pro 13 inch.  

As of last week, this problem continues to be an issue.

There's little you can do you have to turn up your mack's volume and then
you can here the vm's. Verry anoying for sure.
