Good morning Mary, As I'm sure you may know, the only stupid question is the one left unasked. Anyway, you are correct that this application can just be copied and pasted in the applications folder. Some applications will create a copy for you automatically during the installation process, but this is all based on whether or not the developer decides to implement this feature. hth Hai
