Hi Chad. I'm using Fusion with XP 3.01. If you wish to start your machine once you open Fusion, the best thing to do is to do Voice Over M and cursor to the right until you hear virtual machine then press down arrow with Voice Over and it'll say start virtual machine. you can also do it another way once you open Fusion. If you cursor over to the right by pressing voice over and right you'll hear speech say button button. Press Voice over and space bar together. Wait a few seconds and XP should start. You may have to turn the volume up for narator or jaws or any other windows screen reader you use. Don't forget you have to do control command and enter if you want full screen (that's where you'll get voice over say button button or if you do that again you can change settings in Fusion or delete the virtual machine.
