Hi, Emusic is legal. Apparently they just added sony's complete back catalog and now they have over 6.5 million tracks. I was really happy with them when they just did indi, but then I bought a few albums, great albums on mp3 and found out I really liked the idea of owning the CD better.
Not so with audiobooks especially considering the price of the things in the store. I loved the mp3 cd but it never really took off. I'm thinking of forgetting about emusic though and sticking with kitabe. I'd get much better selection using both subscriptions, but emusic customer service has let me down. The service we're talking about that carry's pirated audiobooks is mp3 fiesta. I'm not really tempted. I can download most of their stuff for free.
