Hello, Here's how to disable the Trackpad commander. Press VO F8 which will open VoiceOver utilities. VoiceOver keys are control option. Then arrow down to where it says commanders. VO space on that and you will come across three tabs, keyboard grackpad and I forget what the other one is. I think it's numpad navigation. Press VO space on the trackpad commander tab and uncheck the box that says enable trackpad commander. I hope that helps.
