I got a response, and have forwarded my crash logs for review. Microsoft might work with third party venders, but they do nothing about built in accessibility themselves, as far as I can tell. Just my two cents, but even though I've had a few issues with safari five, I'd never go back to Jaws and Windows, which, to my mind, had many more accessibility problems. I love Apple, and I'm so glad I switched despite a couple of bugs.
