I prefer Apple Mail and Safari to Microsoft's Outlook and Internet Explorer.
You can get AOL instant messenger for the Mac, but personally I prefer iChat
for use with AOL, you can get iChat to also work with Facebook and MSN too
Apple will fix these current problems within weeks I am sure. Also corby you
can also run Windows on a Mac too if you do run into any compatibility
problems, but hopefully you will not have any.
