Hi all, I just got an email with some pdf attachments. I opened one and it started reading in preview. It stopped at the bottom of the first page. I found the next page button and pressed it, and page 2 is apparently showing. there is a region that says page 2 of 2. But I can't find the text to have it start reading. is there a way to have the whole thing open like you can in acrobat reader and just read from start to finish? Alternatively, how do you find the text that is the next page after that page is displayed?
