Hi, That depends a lot what you are working on. If you are working in a dialog that has a default button, the default button will be activated by hitting enter if you are not working with an element such as a popup button. If you are working with a popup button, you can use either enter or space to select an item in the menu. This will also cause you to leave the pop up menu.
It appears to depend a lot on the controls you are working with. There are more examples, of course, but I probably don't remember them all.
