OS X has a built-in ability to invert all the colors on the display.

Press Command-Option-Control-8 to invert all the colors and press it
again to uninvert them.

I'm not sure how this compares to Nocture or Blacklight, but maybe
this will work for some of your colleagues.

Accessible Firefox themes might help with the Firefox interface
itself, although they won't affect the webpages:

If worst came to worst, you could certainly build your own custom CSS,
but that could require a fair bit of CSS knowledge. Before doing that,
try just enforcing your own color choices via Firefox's options, via
Preferences, Content tab, Colors button, untick "Allow pages to choose
their own colors". This is not foolproof as it turns of background
images, which are erroneously used as content images by some websites.
